About Kimmie's Kitchen

Since she was a very young girl, Kim loved to watch her grandmothers cook. With her play kitchen set she would imitate her grandmother's cooking styles, even pretending that the yard leaves were her version of cooking collard greens. Kim knew that one day she would open her own sea food & Soul food restaurant and cook her family's homemade southern style recipes while sharing the recipes with future generations to come.
